Membership Period
- All memberships expire at the end of each calendar year (December 31)

- Renewal notices are sent 30 days prior to expiration

When does my membership expire?
All memberships expire at the end of each calendar year (December 31), regardless of when you join.
Special benefit: If you join on or after July 1, your membership is valid through the end of the following year, giving you up to 18 months of membership for the same $40 fee!
How do I receive my membership materials?
After joining, you'll receive a welcome packet with your membership card and access to our member directory. Newsletters are sent quarterly via mail or email based on your preference.
Do you offer international memberships?
Absolutely! We have members worldwide. International members receive digital newsletters to ensure timely delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle (send to bbpope@pacbell.net) for instant payment or checks by mail. Checks should be made payable to "Fire Mark Circle of Americas".
Do I need special software to access materials?
We recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader for downloading and viewing our PDF newsletters and membership forms. It's available free from Adobe's website.
